PROTEC ARISAWA EUROPE, S.A. is a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of pressure vessels of epoxy resin reinforced with fiberglass.
This quality policy has been developed to implement and guarantee a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001.

This policy and the quality objectives, aims to satisfy the of all interested parties involved.

To achieve this objective, the organization assumes the following commitments:

• Reply to all the needs of our customers, guaranteeing the quality of the product.
• Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements that ensure product compliance, customer requirements or others requirements established by the organization.
• Monitoring and control of processes and activities based on indicators, obtaining information that contributes to establishing actions for continuous improvement in quality as well as the efficient use of raw materials and natural resources.
• Collaboration with our suppliers, encouraging their involvement in the development of superior quality products.

Summarizing, it aims to promote a culture of quality management that allows us to achieve the satisfaction of our customers.

For this target, the Manager Director delegates the functions of management, coordination, monitoring and information in the Quality Director.
